Hailing from Statesville, North Carolina, Jessi (Shannon) Clayton began singing at the early age of six when she first saw (and fell in love with) The Little Mermaid. Jessi is a proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance. 

Upon graduating, Jessi moved to the Big Apple to attend the New York Film Academy's musical theatre program and pursue a career on Broadway. Her dream roles are Éponine (Les Misérables) and Ariel (The Little Mermaid).

When not singing, Jessi enjoys working out and various outdoor activities, including running, horseback riding, and relaxing at the beach. Jessi is a fun-loving girl with a smile as big as her heart!
